Last Mile Messaging

Families know when you are on the way.

Compassionate, timely notifications for pet parents: when the van departs, when it is about 30 minutes away, and upon arrival. Built on the GPS location of your vans, for home pickups and returns.

Illustrative mockups with a fictional brand, family and address.

Three moments that matter

From the care center to the front door.

Each update arrives when it is useful, so families can prepare instead of waiting by the window.

1

Departure

An email, text and voicemail let the family know the van has left the care center.

2

30-minute alert

A notification when the van is about 30 minutes away, so the family can prepare.

3

Arrival

A final update that the van is in front of the family’s home.

Built on routing

The van’s location drives the message.

GPS tracking monitors where your vans are. Combined with dynamic routing, that means updates follow the real drive, not a guess made in the morning. Families can also watch the van approach live on a map.
